Welcome to Majestic Gvng Association ("Majestic Gvng," "Association," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, participating in our programs, attending events, making a tribute, purchasing merchandise, or engaging with our community, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Mission & Purpose
Majestic Gvng Association is a faith and spirit-inspired community organization dedicated to guiding individuals toward a more intentional relationship with nature, community, culture, stewardship, and personal growth.
Community Participation
Members, supporters, and participants are expected to engage respectfully with others and contribute positively to the community. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke participation when conduct is harmful, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with our mission and values.
Membership Classification & Community Registry
Majestic Gvng Association maintains a private cultural and community registry for participants, supporters, and contributors.
By engaging in any of the following activities:
making a tribute,
purchasing merchandise,
making a donation or contribution,
subscribing or registering through our website,
participating in community programs or events,
you may be added to the Majestic Gvng Community Registry and/or email list for communication, cultural participation, updates, and membership classification purposes.
Membership is categorized for internal community organization and may include the following tiers:
• Founding Members (limited-time designation during initial growth and community establishment phase)
• Affiliate Members (general community participants and contributors)
• Inner Circle Members (enhanced access, invitation-based or engagement-based designation)
Membership classification is symbolic, cultural, and organizational in nature and does not constitute:
legal ownership or equity in any entity
partnership, employment, or agency relationship
trust beneficiary status
voting rights in corporate or trust governance
or any financial interest unless expressly granted in a separate written agreement executed by the appropriate governing entity
Majestic Gvng reserves the right to assign, modify, upgrade, or reclassify membership tiers at its sole discretion based on participation, contribution level, community engagement, and program structure.
Membership benefits, access levels, and privileges may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
All registry data is maintained in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection standards and may be used for community communication, cultural programming, and organizational development purposes.
Member Benefits Disclaimer
Any benefits, gifts, access privileges, rewards, promotional items, exclusive content, invitations, or community experiences offered by Majestic Gvng Association are provided at the sole discretion of the Association and are subject to availability, change, or discontinuation at any time.
Membership classification (including Founding Member, Affiliate Member, or Inner Circle Member) does not guarantee or create any contractual right to receive specific benefits, items, experiences, or ongoing privileges.
All member benefits are:
discretionary and non-guaranteed
subject to modification or replacement without notice
provided as part of cultural, community, or promotional programming
not redeemable for cash or financial value unless expressly stated
Majestic Gvng Association reserves full authority to determine eligibility, timing, quantity, scope, and delivery of any benefits associated with membership participation or contribution activity.
Participation in the community, purchase of merchandise, or submission of tributes does not constitute entitlement to any specific benefit unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the Association.
The Association may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any member benefit program, tier advantage, or community incentive structure at any time in alignment with organizational needs, cultural direction, or operational capacity.
Tributes & Contributions
Tributes, contributions, donations, purchases, and other forms of support help advance the mission and activities of Majestic Gvng Association.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, tributes and contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.
Eligibility for member benefits, promotional offers, gifts, welcome boxes, event privileges, and exclusive opportunities may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Merchandise & Offers
Merchandise, member gifts, limited releases, and promotional offers are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products, programs, pricing models, and offers without notice.
Restrictions may apply to certain promotions, memberships, events, and exclusive releases.
Return, Exchange & Buy-Back Policy
All tributes, contributions, merchandise acquisitions, and purchases made through Majestic Gvng Association are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
To support sustainability and the principles of Natural Luxury™, Majestic Gvng may offer a discretionary Buy-Back Program for select merchandise. Eligible items may be returned for evaluation and, if accepted, may receive store credit at a value determined by Majestic Gvng based on condition, demand, rarity, and current program guidelines.
Store credit issued through the Buy-Back Program:
Has no cash value.
Is non-transferable unless approved by Majestic Gvng.
May only be used toward future merchandise, tributes, events, or approved Association offerings.
May expire according to the terms in effect at the time of issuance.
Majestic Gvng reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Buy-Back Program at any time without notice.

Events & Community Activities
Participation in events and activities is voluntary. Attendees assume responsibility for their own conduct, travel, health, safety, and personal belongings.
Majestic Gvng Association may photograph, record, or document events for educational, historical, promotional, and community purposes.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, content, images, videos, educational materials, trademarks, and branding associated with Majestic Gvng Association remain the property of the Association unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with operations, transmit harmful content, or engage in unlawful activity through Association platforms.
Disclaimer
Information provided through Majestic Gvng Association is intended for educational, informational, cultural, and community purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Majestic Gvng Association shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in programs, events, services, website use, or community activities.
